Return or Exchange Requests

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days after the product is delivered. To initiate a return, please send an email to info@raceactracing.com.

Return Conditions

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and suitable for resale.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your return.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect, all shipping costs (including return shipping) will be covered by us.
For all other reasons, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Note: Return shipping fees will be deducted from the total refund amount unless the return is due to a fault on our end.

Refund Processing

If your return is approved:

A refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.
Please allow a few days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your refund is delayed or missing:

Recheck your bank account.
Contact your credit card company.
Contact your bank.

Discounted Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for return or exchange. Unfortunately, discounted or sale items cannot be returned.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, send an email to info@raceactracing.com, and return your item to the address listed above.

Delivery Time for Exchanges: The time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you will vary depending on your location.
